Anxiety
It is normal to feel anxious sometimes because life, in general, can be very stressful.
However, when the intensity of feelings are overwhelming, don't go away, or come out of the blue, then you may be experiencing an Anxiety Disorder.
As such, severe anxiety makes it hard to cope with everyday life. If you withdraw from people, interests or usual activities, then it may be time to make contact with a qualified psychologist.
